Contact form

When you send an inquiry via the contact form, I process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number if given, message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I do not share this data without your consent and delete it once your request has been handled and no legal retention obligations apply.

Processors & data transfer

Form service (Formspree): The contact form is submitted via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). The data you enter is transferred to servers in the USA. The transfer is based on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Hosting (Netlify): This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When the site is accessed, technically necessary server log data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested) is processed. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of appropriate safeguards (Art. 46 GDPR).

Fonts

The font used is served locally from this server. No data is transferred to third parties (e.g. Google Fonts).

Cookies & tracking

This website does not set any analytics or marketing cookies and does not use tracking tools.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
