What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational therapy helps people regain the ability to perform everyday activities independently and without pain.
The Core Idea
Occupational therapy focuses on helping you do what matters to you again. This can be everyday activities like cooking, writing or crafting, but also hobbies and work-related tasks. The key is understanding your individual goals and working towards them systematically.
Hand Rehabilitation Specialization
In hand rehabilitation, I combine targeted training with manual techniques and individual guidance. After injuries, surgery or chronic conditions, hands are often not rehabilitated optimally. With a structured approach, we restore function, strength and sensitivity.
Holistic Approach
Occupational therapy is more than just physical rehabilitation. It's about your quality of life, your independence and confidence in your body. I work with you to set realistic goals and achieve them step by step.
About Me
For 10 years I have worked with passion as an occupational therapist in the field of the hand, and over the last 6 years I have specialised in hand therapy. I am fascinated by getting to the root of the underlying causes and developing an individual, targeted therapy from there.
With a resource-oriented approach, great joy in my work and continuous professional development, I accompany my patients on their way to greater mobility and independence.

What Patients Say
I was treated by Kathi for injuries to my finger pulleys and a torn collateral ligament in my thumb, and from the very first second I felt in the best possible hands. She is professional and clear – you can tell she knows exactly what she is doing. Excellent expertise and wonderful on a personal level. 10/10
After a cycling crash, occupational therapist Katharina helped me regain full use of my wrist – with great expertise, patience and dedication! And you don't have to wait long for an appointment, either!
Here you find the right therapist for every injury. Occupational therapist Kathi helped me enormously with my climbing-related hand injuries (lumbrical shift / pulley inflammation).
